Biography
The Purpose Behind My Practice
My own diagnosis brought the immediate, urgent question: what should I eat? The guidance available was often puzzling, conflicting, or far too medical. Determined to find a clearer path, I combined my professional background as a dietitian with my personal journey to create this space. With an MSc in Human Nutrition, a PG Dip in Dietetics, and a decade spent helping patients, I founded Eating Through Cancer to be the compassionate guide I once lacked. This is more than a nutrition plan; it is about reclaiming food as a vital tool for resilience, well-being, and internal comfort.
